Charles Epping, an American citizen based in Zurich, Switzerland, is the author of The New World Economy — A Beginner’s Guide, published by Vintage Books, a division of Penguin Random House, as well as several other books, both fiction and non-fiction. He is currently the managing director of a Swiss-based international consulting company, IFS Project Management AG. He is also the president of The Central Europe Foundation an NGO providing scholarships to students from Central and Eastern Europe as well as from Latin America. He has written several articles for vatious international newspapers and magazines and has been featured as a financial expert on CNN, Fox News and CNN Español among others.
